Class Description
Beginner Basics- Teaches forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels and round-offs, and back bends
Back Walkovers-Teaches front and back walkovers. Required skill-fall to bridge.
Handsprings-Teaches Front and back handsprings & round-off back handsprings Required Skill-back walkover.
Tucks and Layouts- Teaches standing multiple handsprings and round-off handspring back tucks and Layouts. Required Skill-round ffo double handspring.
Power Cheer-Recreational Cheer program for ages 5 & Up. Runs in six week sessions.
