Class Description
Beginner Basics- Teaches forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels and round-offs, and back bends
Back Walkovers-Teaches front and back walkovers. Required skill-fall to bridge.
Advanced Back Walkovers-Perfects the front & back walkover & teaches connected skills.
Required Skill-back walkover
Beginner Back Handsprings-Teaches back handsprings & round-off back handsprings Required Skill-back walkover
Handsprings & Tucks- Teaches multiple handsprings and round off handspring tucks.
Standing Tucks - Teaches standing tucks. Required Skill-double handspring.
